Our well known and highly regarded PM Consultancy needs a solid Afrikaans speaking Professional PM to take ownership of a large Head Office development in Cape Town.

Without doubt you need to have at least 6-8 years experience as a Project Manager who has managed a project from the initial stages through to final hand over. Your communication skills must be excellent as you are the front line person dealing with the Client directly with an overseeing Director who has a demanding position acquiring further work for the organisation. You must be able to think on your feet, understand how to put a team together and motivate all professionals and the contractors to perform at the best possible level to deliver on time, budget and to spec!

A related degree or diploma is a must as well as a proven track record handling large complex projects.
