The site is located on Independence Avenue, which is regarded as a very sought after position in Accra. The brief called for a building that is lettable to a single or multiple tenants with penthouse accommodation to increase the views.
The site is subject to future road widening and therefore provision of adequate parking has a direct impact on the amount of GLA that can be achieved. Parking is provided in a basement as well as in a podium on first, second and third floors.
