Rwandan Engineers Unhappy With Use of Foreign Labour

Rwandan engineers have complained after being sidelined on many of the ongoing construction projects, saying government has not regulated the market well even though it owns some of the projects.
Kigali has a robust construction sector which is giving a bullish outlook to the economy, but money earned on these projects seems to be exiting the economy, since majority of the technicians are foreigners.
This goes for both government-owned projects, as well as private construction projects.
