Increasing Efficiency of Building Systems in the U.S.

As persistent as the green movement has been, many have considered the process of building more energy-efficient buildings as a pipe dream: ideal, but not necessarily feasible given the amount of resources required on top of traditional construction and maintenance expenses. But as the clamor for a concerted change continues to grow, the government has ramped up the diversity of reasons for going green, resulting in heightened moral and fiscal reasons to build environmentally conscious buildings.
