SACAP Vacancy : Contact Centre Administrator
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) is a regulatory body for the Architectural Profession. SACAPs primary role is to protect the public by maintaining a register of Architectural Professionals, within the profession through a Code of Professional Conduct, the identification of work that may be performed by registered persons and publishing guidelines for professional fees.
SACAP is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic person to join as a Contact Centre Administrator.
Position: Contact Centre Administrator
To handle enquiries regarding professional registrations, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and financial matters of registered persons.
Role Description:The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Inbound Enquiries
- Handle incoming call and emails enquiries from stakeholders
- Enquiry Reporting
- Compile statistical enquiry reports
- Outbound Communication
- Make outgoing calls and/ or send emails
Front Office Assistance
- Perform Front-Office duties on a relief basis
Note: It is the inherent requirement of this job that the incumbent must be prepared to work outside normal working hours per arrangements with the superior.
- Certificate in Office Administration or Call Centre Operations would be an advantage;
- Some experience as a Contact Centre Agent;
- Business Etiquette;
- PC Literacy;
- Administration and clerical processes.
In this position you will be reporting to the Manager: Registrations and CPD.
