Jigawa to build 1,100 housing units
Jigawa State government has concluded plans to construct 1,100 housing units before the end of this year. This is in an effort to address housing deficit in the state.
Managing Director (MD), Jigawa State Savings and Loan Ltd, Babangida Umar Gantsa made the remarks yesterday in an interview with Daily Trust on Sunday.
He said the project was conceived to address the acute shortage of houses in the state, particularly, in Dutse which is one of the fastest growing state capitals in the north.
