Even with the elections, real estate remains attractive

The election year is fast approaching and Ugandans are looking for ways in which they will benefit financially, and what sectors they will invest in to get huge returns once the year is done.

The real estate sector is not exempt from the election year effects. However, these effects will be experienced later on and gradually. It is important to know that investing in the real estate sector requires thorough planning and long-term calculation of returns.

As seen from the previous election, there will be a bit of money in circulation due to political activity. This circulation of money will have an effect on the economy and as a result there will be disposable income hence more investment opportunities in sectors such as the real estate.

This week, I share with you some of the predictions for the real estate this coming election year.
