If you wish to be part of this dynamic contractor who handles across the
board bldg projects (R100 – R400ml – commercial, residential, retail and
leisure), you need a B Sc Bldg or Tech – a proven track record; dedication
to the projects is a must! If you are pro-active, able to deliver and have
at least 10 years experience with a reputable building contractor, we would
love to hear from you.
Your expertise should include tendering, planning, all contractual issues as
well as strong negotiating skills with all professionals and Clients and
your technical skills should be passed on to the staff that will be
reporting to you.
