[Addis Fortune]Addis Ababa -Wondwossen Gebregiorgis, a 32 year-old broker, was in a rush on Tuesday evening, November 11, 2014, to meet a client at Gerji. He was used to taking taxis under the ring road near Bole International Airport. This time there was not a single taxi there.
