Our Client, a banking group, needs an innovative outgoing person to support them handling risk analysis and asset management of new and ongoing property development projects. You need to be able to think out of the box, must have been involved in all aspects from initial concepts, feasibilities - including possible different building methods - with an emphasis on long term maintenance, fee negotiations, budgets, running of projects through to final account negotiations. We need someone who thinks on his feet, has a strong personality, is diplomatic, good negotiator and enjoys the social side of business. If you wish to pursue a career in property, enjoy financial challenges of architecture, think out of the box - this may be for you.
