They need a strong technician with excellent documentation skills who understands how a building is put together and able to take from basic sketches in some instances and develop a full set of working drawings. Projects range from shopping centres, office blocks and developments as well as heritage homes, boutique hotels and some international projects as well. Your skills and ability will dictate salary.
