Our international client needs a strong personality who is able to work with various cultures, professionals, clients, ale to strategise and set up a new business unit to ensure effective asset management of these properties. Your experience must encompass working in the Middle East and include a proven track record of asset management, facilities management and portfolio management. Your will have 2 directors to support you as well ass their 6 portfolio managers and their sub contractors. This is a very demanding challenge but will suit a highly energetic person who thrives under pressure, an opportunity to put his mark in the company and leave a legacy of a division running smoothly, effective and profitable.
