Manage the brief of handling all housing developments for the government. Ideal canddiate would have many years (could even be retired) experience. PM housing projects. If you have worked for the Government, even better. Use your B Sc Civil/Bldg exp to manage 5 PM's and all projects. Added advantage if you are a registered Engineer and PM. Must be strong character who is able to work with people, contractors, government officials and professionals. Organise, monitor programmes, finances and projects to ensure effective delivery of mass housing projects. Package around R40/50k p.m. An opportunity to work in the country!
