SENIOR DIRECTOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Opportunity for someone who enjoys challenges with a proven track record of setting up a new business within the leading property development organisation. Due to major expansion, which is still ongoing, our client needs a stand-alone person who is a specialist Property Manager who has worked his way up through the ranks to a Director for a major property company.
You would be responsible for the broad scope incorporating Asset Mgmt, Facilities Mgmt and all aspects of Property Mgmt. You would be required to manage a staff compliment of two directors in support and around 6 managers plus subcontractors.
The incumbent would need a B Sc QS/Arch/Civil/Bldg. Advantageous to have an MBA or B Com/Legal qualification. If you have worked your way through successfully the Asset Management aspects of property, facilities management and are able to run a portfolio of buildings with support staff to maximise profits, our client would be interested to view your CV. Must have strong negotiating and strategic planning skills and the ability to run a tight ship with the overall emphasis of training locals to manage portfolio's effectively. The portfolio consists of cutting edge properties A grade commercial, retail, industrial, leisure and urban developments for future new cities. The next 5 years they intend to develop US$2.8bl new urban development. Please do not hesitate, as this position needs to be filled by the end of August or September at the latest.
