They urgently require a specialist QS who has structural steel experience handling various industrial development projects. Your B Sc or Tech Diploma QS is essential as well as a minimum of 7 - 10years experience with contractors and/or PQS's. You should be able to handle from feasibilities through to running the projects on your own to final account negotiations. You need to be commercially astute. have a proven track record with reputable organisations, an ability to work on your own liaising with professionals, clients and contractors. In return our client is able to pay around R600k p.a. plus other benefits as well as working in an exciting environment with potential to move into project management.
