Project Manager - Pretoria Property Organisation


Property Development and Management organisation in Pretoria needs a Project Manager to support their ongoing refurbishment and transformation of their portfolio.

Ideally suit a lady with an Architectural or related building qualification and at least 10 yrs experience as a Project Manager. The scope of you work would include:
- Interpretation of brief.
- Planning & design using Autocad
- Documentation.
- Costing & tender.
- Project management and coordination on site.
- Inspection and quality control.
- Implementation of City Property specific admin and requirements.
- Coordinating and guiding external consultants where required.
The national portfolio has the majority of buildings some 750 in the Gauteng and Pretoria CBD and consists of shopping centres, retail, commercial, residential. Due to the changing environment, our Client wishes to stay ahead of the pack and ensure the portfolio remain an asset.
It is essential that you are able to build relationships, use your initiative, professional ism and your vibrant personality to support the company’s strategic growth policy. You would report directly to the Snr Project Manager and be part of a team of 5 in this property organisation.
