[COSATU]Early reports indicate that negligence is at the centre stage of the deaths of six workers at Ingula Power Station in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. According to the sequence of events, construction supervisors and senior officials refused workers to use monorail which operates inside the pipes, transporting employees and working tools. Workers ended up using steps to move up and down the inclined slope. Employees who were walking up were hit by the uncontrolled sliding monorail, resulting in six workers killed
