Rwanda: City Unveils Incentives for Real Estate Developers

[New Times]The City of Kigali has unveiled grand plans to eradicate slums from the city as well as build more affordable houses for low-income earners. According to the city, about 34,000 units will be constructed by different developers over a 10-year period.
