Our ideal candidate should have a B Sc Construction Management/Building, must have worked for building contractors and strong on the project co-ordination aspects. Added advantageous would be strong communication skills as well as some experience handling tenant installations. If you have worked as a PM for 1 or 2 years, this may be for as long as you are fully bilingual – all documents are in Afrikaans.
You would represent your own PM organisation working closely with this fast growing dynamic franchisor and should have the ability to manage more than one project simultaneously. You would be based at head office and have staff on each site to ensure effective delivery.
In return this management position holds prospects for promotion and working on the cutting edge of high tech construction and interiors on projects nationally.
