KPLC Retirement Benefits Scheme to Build Houses

[The Star]Kenya Power's staff retirement benefits scheme is set to build a mixed residential housing development in Nairobi's Loresho where it owns 16.9 acres of land. The 160-unit single family housing project will comprise 12 villas, 81 townhouses and 66 flats. The flats will be built in 11 blocks of three storeys each. The construction will also include a commercial facility and kindergarten, and a sewer treatment plant (Biobox).
