"Chitungwiza Town Council is failing to provide us with water to the extent that sometimes we spend a week without the precious liquid. "Water woes have forced us to dig wells and if you do find a house without one yet, tenants at that house are in the process of mobilising funds to sink one," says a disgruntled resident of Chitungwiza's Unit J suburb, Priscilla Simuka.
