Mutsekwa Admits Housing Boob

Financial Gazette (Harare)-Housing Minister, Giles Mutsekwa, this week tacitly admitted that officials in his ministry blundered when they submitted a housing list fraught with inconsistencies and names of babies as recipients of flats under the Willowvale Housing Project Phase II.
