Town Clerk, Council Disagree Over Vendors Eviction

The Gulu Municipal Council's proposed eviction of vendors from the town's streets has hit a snag following disagreements between the office of the Town Clerk and that of the Municipal Speaker over modalities to follow in implementing the decision.
