Report to the General Manager/CEO and manage the project management team to effect capital property assets, monitor the activities of all related parties for the design and delivery of monumental projects ranging up to US$1billion.
They need a pro-active person to keep GM/CEO informed of ongoing activities, developments and potential problems to ensure best practice and effective delivery of projects. You would be required to design and implement agreed strategies, systems, controls and programmes that support these objectives.
Your ability to maintain close liaison with colleagues and all outside Consultants and Contractors to promote adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures and objectives. You will keep a keen eye on the financial management of projects, from initial tender stage through all payments to conclusion of the project.
A B Sc Civil/Builiding is essential as is a minimum of 12/15 years post graduate experience in the property development or consulting/construction environment. Your experience in the Middle East and your technical knowledge of local materials and construction methods would be advantageous.
