Nigeria is not all about insecurity and fuel subsidy fraud after all. From the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) comes the positive story of a scientific breakthrough. NBRRI's director-general, Prof. Danladi Mattawal, disclosed recently that scientists and engineers at the institute had successfully completed research on how to use waste nylon materials to produce ceiling and partition boards.
