Having emerged winner out of the four other companies shortlisted in the bidding process for the ongoing expansion of the Lagos-Badagry Expressway, surveying officials of China Civil Engineering and Construction Corporation (CCECC) have started surveying and marking of the corridor ahead of construction activities.
