Neckartal Dam Project Stalls

New Era (Windhoek)-The Ministry of Agriculture,Water and Forestry (MAWF) on Friday again failed to provide substantial information after pleading with the Tender Board to delay the awarding of the planned N$2 billion Neckartal Dam project.
