Housing Demolitions 'unconstitutional' - Official

New Era (Windhoek)-The Oshakati Town Council violated the constitutional rights of its residents by demolishing several illegal houses that it claims do not comply with its municipal laws, says a representative of Ona­wa village headman who spoke to New Era last Friday.
