City Developer to Shelve Plans to Build Apartments in Harambee Estate.

A city developer who is wanted by the city council court over allegations of demolishing houses in Nairobi Harambee estate he has shelved plans to build the proposed apartments until the matter is fully settled. Moses Ndungu, who is also the proprietor of Happyland school now says he will consult residents before any construction goes ahead. Residents of the estates have been protesting the planned construction claiming the developer will erode the value of their estate.
