Angola Governor Announces Construction of Television Production Centre

The governor of northern Zaire province, Pedro Sebastião, announced Monday in Mbanza-Kongo, the construction of a production centre for the State-run "Televisão Publica de Angola" (TPA) in the first semester of 2012.
