Bioclimatic Groundscraper - Port Elizabeth

Located in the Central part of Port Elizabeth (South Africa), the site along Govan Mbeki Street in between Chapel Street lies the Edgars building currently. Design brief stated that we hypothetically remove that to replace with a mixed use building known as a Bioclimatic Groundsraper housing Coffee shops, retail, offices and residential at the top most level. This is still a very rough 3D rendering as a basis to start, much work is taking place currently to produce an up to standard 3d walkthrough.
