William Jordison established the practice of WJ Plan-Tech in 2004 as sole proprietor and at first focused mainly on residential design but since then has broadened the scope to include commercial and industrial designs.
William was previously employed in mechanical engineering design and machine building for the Concrete Roof Tile industry for 20 years.
Draughting was always a passion since school, the obvious move was to architecture which on a small scale started in 1980 with part time plans for new houses, additions, etc. for private clients on the drawing board.
1985 saw the implementation of CAD, today we can produce quality plans with 3D rendering and photo realistic images for our clients.
Since starting the practice William has worked with other architects on various projects from small house alterations to multi-storey and industrial buildings. He is presently registered as Pr.Arch.T with SACAP and a member of the S.A.I.A.T.
We are constantly maintaining our knowledge and research of the new trends in sustainable design in architecture and technology.
The practice provides a full design and architectural service to submission and approval stage, with optional services to suit clients requirements.
