Violence - Talk Is Cheap

FOR the first time since the consummation of the Global Political Agreement (GPA), representatives of the major political actors in Zimbabwe were forced by circumstances to sit around the same table on Friday last week to plot strategies that would help them end the resurgence of violence that has poisoned the country's delicate political climate ahead of do-or-die elections to be held within the next two years.
