Truth and Reconciliation Commission Won't Be Useful

[The Herald]JUSTICE and Legal Affairs Minister Patrick Chinamasa says suggestions by some sections of the society to set up a Truth and Reconciliation Commission in the country are unhelpful. He said evidence showed that such bodies failed to achieve anything in countries they were established.
