Former Renaissance Financial Holdings Limited chief executive Mr Patterson Timba will soon mount a fresh legal challenge to wrest back control of Renaissance Merchant Bank. The fresh legal bid, Herald Business understands, will seek to annul the agreement for the sale of Renaissance Merchant Bank Limited.
