Serial Rapist Arrested

A suspected serial robber and rapist who terrorised people in Marondera and Hwedza has been arrested. Blessing Tsikai (30) was arrested in Mozambique last weekend. Mashonaland East provincial police spokesman Inspector Bulisani Bhebhe confirmed Tsikai's arrest yesterday. Tsikai was identified by a member of the public who had seen his face on posters in Marondera and Hwedza.
