In the previous instalments, I discussed the concept of entrepreneurship as it relates to small business development and also outlined the pivotal role played by entrepreneurs, including those in the informal sector, in national economic development. In Zimbabwe, the Zimbabwe Youth Council (ZYC) has evolved a 10-Point Plan which it believes could provide an effective response to youth and graduate unemployment in Zimbabwe.
