The Herald (Harare)-ZIMBABWE is still experiencing a huge burden of communicable diseases with acute respiratory infections, intestinal infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, with HIV being among the top 10 causes of morbidity and mortality, a Cabinet minister has revealed.
