Perm Secretary Embroiled in Cattle Wrangle

[The Herald]PERMANENT Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Social Amenities Mr David Munyoro is embroiled in a 272-cattle wrangle with a local farmer. The farmer Mr Simon Matsvai claims he bought 40 cattle from Mr Munyoro some nine years and only seven were delivered.
