'Nine Provinces Prefer an Executive President'

AS the Constitution Select Committee (Copac) finalises its provincial and national reports in preparation for the actual drafting of a new constitution, it has emerged that most people who made inputs during the body's countrywide outreach meetings prefer an executive president with no prime minister's post.
