The New Constitution and the CIO

[SW Radio]The NewsDay newspaper is reporting that the new draft constitution will help control the powers of the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO). As the horse trading has continued over the constitution the newspaper says one of ZANU PF's concessions was the move to put the administration of the CIO under an Act of Parliament.
