Ministry of Regional Integration Gets Phone Bills Dated Before Its Inception

THE Ministry of Regional Integration and International Co-operation said it was shocked recently when it received telephone bills from TelOne dated beyond the period it was established. The Ministry was established in 2009 following the formation of the inclusive government and is headed by Minister Priscilla Misihairabwi-Mushonga.
