Kuwaza Responds to Biti

THE State Procurement Board will maintain its autonomy from State interference in awarding tenders to ensure there is no room for corruption, board chairman Mr Charles Kuwaza has said. He was responding to Finance Minister Tendai Biti's claims to legislators recently that the SPB had awarded a tender to a company that had been blacklisted by Government.
