Indigenisation - Guarantee of a People's Human Rights

The human rights language that has over the past decade been fixated on defining the Zimbabwean Government, led by Zanu-PF, as only capable of perpetrating human rights violations is yet to acknowledge that the same government's indigenisation and economic empowerment policies present a real opportunity to progressively secure and guarantee socio-economic rights.
