Implementation an Outstanding Issue

SOUTH African President Jacob Zuma's facilitation team is expected in Zimbabwe next week. Top of its agenda is the finalisation of the roadmap to free and fair elections. Expectations are high that it will shed light on the dark corners that are the envisioned elections next year.
