Ex-Permanent Secretary Kachingwe Dies

FORMER permanent secretary in the then Ministry of Information, Posts and Telecommunications Mrs Sarah Kachingwe has died. She was 76.She died at her Greendale home yesterday. "She has been suffering from a heart problem and died at her home this afternoon (yesterday)," said Mr Charles Chavunduka, the family spokesperson and nephew to Mrs Kachingwe.
