ABOUT 18 years ago, Affirmative Action Group (AAG) founder, Phillip Chiyangwa, agitating for greater participation by indigenous Zimbabweans in the economy, sat with prominent black entrepreneurs to discuss the formation of an organisation that would champion the cause of black economic empowerment.
