Donated Funds Locked Up At Royal Bank

Some villagers here are failing to access funds donated to them for water harvesting projects because a local bank has no money. Four village development committees in Nyanga received US$26 877 from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)'s Global Environment Facility (GEF) for Small Grant Programmes (SGP), but they cannot access the funds because Royal Bank has no money.
