Dealing With Prepaid Power

The Herald (Harare)-I am not very good at servicing accounts. I find it quite time consuming and just a big yawn to do a merry go round paying accounts for goods and services proffered to me on credit. One might ask why I do not sign up for direct debit or Internet banking.
