THE restructuring of ZANU-PF meant to strengthen it ahead of the forthcoming elections is proving to be a daunting task as party bigwigs are tearing apart the rule book by continuing to call the shots in the ongoing District Coordinating Committee (DCC) elections in disregard of the party's principles and values.
